Indicating possibility: “会”

In Chinese, the auxiliary verb 会 (huì) is used to express the possibility of a future event or situation that hasn't happened yet (similar to “will”, “would”, or “is likely to” in English).

It is often paired with the sentence-final particle 的 (de) to emphasize certainty (会 …… 的).
