Progressive Complex Sentence “不但……，而且……”
In Chinese the pattern “不但……，而且……” (bùdàn..., érqiě...) links two clauses and shows the thought building up.
That is, the second part adds to the first and strengthens it.
In English it usually comes out as:
not only..., but also...

Key Rule
If both clauses share the same subject, 不但 comes after it.
Subject + 不但 + ……, 而且 + ……
If the subjects are different, 不但 comes before the first one.
不但 + Subject₁ + ……, 而且 + Subject₂ + ……

Both clauses here share one subject — 现在的电视 — so 不但 comes after it.

家月 + 不但 + 喜欢唱歌，+ 而且 + 唱得很好听
subject + not only + likes singing + but also + sings beautifully
家月 — Jiayue
不但 — not only
喜欢唱歌 — to like singing
而且 — but also
唱得很好听 — to sing beautifully
Here too both actions share one subject — 家月 — so 不但 comes after it.
