Meaning

既……又/也/还…… links two verbs, verb phrases or adjectives of the same kind. It says that two qualities or states hold at once. Both halves are normally either both positive or both negative.

既……又…… → more written and formal. 又……又…… → more spoken.
Remember: 既 always pairs with 又, 也 or 还. A and B must be the same grammatical shape. Both halves are normally positive, or both negative.
